Position: Warehouse Material Specialist

Location: Houma, LA

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading: Load and unload materials from trucks and docked marine vessels.
Receiving and Inspection: Receive, uncrate, and inspect materials for quality and accuracy.
Transaction Documentation: Handle, resolve, and ensure completion of warehouse transaction documentation.
Inventory Management: Perform physical inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy.
Customer Assistance: Assist Material Control customers in the warehouse and throughout the facility.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and Material Control areas.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum of six (6) months of previous warehouse experience.
Strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Chauffeur’s license.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Carpentry skills.
