We are seeking a motivated and experienced BCBA Recruiter to help us expand our team of dedicated professionals.
Job Summary:
The BCBA Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our organization. This remote position requires a strong understanding of the ABA field, exceptional recruiting skills, and preferably some background in sales or marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize social media platforms, job boards, and networking to identify potential BCBA candidates.
- Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with local universities and colleges to promote job openings and internship opportunities.
- Career Fairs & Conferences: Attend career fairs, BCBA conferences, and other events to network and recruit potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for Discovery ABA.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Marketing Materials: Assist in creating engaging job postings and promotional materials to attract talent.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Recruiting experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); BCBA certification is highly preferred.
- Previous recruiting experience, especially in healthcare, education, or similar fields, is a plus.
- Sales or marketing experience is desirable to enhance candidate engagement strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Compensation:
Annual salary between $45,000 and $80,000, based on experience.
