Financial Advisor Recruiter (100% in office)

Pay; salary plus commission   

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Advisor Recruiter:

  • Identify and engage both experienced and entry-level financial advisor candidates through diverse channels, including professional networks, job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, professional associations, and community partnerships.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role and organizational culture.
  •  Advocate for and promote internal recruiting initiatives and programs to drive engagement and success.
  • Monitor team recruitment activity, measure progress against goals, and ensure accountability across sourcing efforts.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in recruiting events to build relationships and expand the talent pipeline.
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Champion DEI initiatives, fostering an environment where all team members feel valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
