Financial Advisor Recruiter (100% in office)

Pay; salary plus commission

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Advisor Recruiter:

Identify and engage both experienced and entry-level financial advisor candidates through diverse channels, including professional networks, job boards, LinkedIn, career fairs, professional associations, and community partnerships.
Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role and organizational culture.
Advocate for and promote internal recruiting initiatives and programs to drive engagement and success.
Monitor team recruitment activity, measure progress against goals, and ensure accountability across sourcing efforts.
Plan, organize, and participate in recruiting events to build relationships and expand the talent pipeline.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall candidate experience.
Champion DEI initiatives, fostering an environment where all team members feel valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
