Job Summary: We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Dental Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the dental industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top dental professionals into our dentist-led practices, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates in the dental field.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific dental roles.
- Office Collaboration: Work closely with dental practices to understand their staffing needs, culture, and specific requirements for each position.
- Job Advertising: Create and post engaging job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract diverse candidates.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships within the dental community to enhance candidate sourcing and increase visibility in the market by attending career fairs, dental conferences, and training sessions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging talent in the dental field.
- Candidate Management: Guide candidates through recruitment, providing feedback and support at each stage.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment pipeline, providing regular updates to management.
- Competitive base salary 60-70k annually DOE

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the dental industry.
- Experience hiring providers (hygienists, dentists, specialists, etc.)
- Compatibility negotiating contracts and compensation packages
- Strong understanding of dental roles and the specific skills required for success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and maintain a solid professional network.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to Texas and other locations quarterly
