With a growing network of dental practices across five states, Rock Dental Brands is looking for a passionate and dynamic Provider Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling our provider network.
As a Provider Recruiter at Rock Dental Brands, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top-tier dental providers to join our rapidly expanding network. You will develop and implement strategies to attract practicing providers and work collaboratively with the marketing team to build a strong talent funnel. This role will require exceptional relationship-building skills, strategic sourcing abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruiting for dental providers, from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that leverage digital marketing campaigns, SEO, geofencing, and community + university partnerships to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Partnership Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental schools, residency programs, and community organizations to attract new graduates and experienced providers.
- Interview Coordination: Collaborate with clinical leadership to coordinate interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and guide the interview process.
- Offer Management: Lead the offer negotiation process, ensuing competitive compensation package that aligns with Rock's compensation structure.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness, providing biweekly reports to HR leadership.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted employer branding campaigns, leveraging social media, digital marketing, and direct outreach.
- Utilize ATS: Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment activities through Workday, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of candidates and hiring metrics.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have 2 years of experience in Dental Recruitment
- Able to collaborate and work independently
- Possess thorough knowledge of current recruitment best practices and strategies
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and communication skills
- Able to travel to Dental Colleges and Conferences
