As a Senior Recruiter working for Soda your responsibilities will include the following:


  • Become an expert in your market. Go the extra mile to find out market info and trends, be the ‘go to’ person for candidates and clients.
  • Build your network by connecting and identifying the best candidates and clients in your market.
  • Attend and help organise some of the networking events/ Podcasts we hold.
  • Collaborate with your colleagues by offering advice and sharing market knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the other brands within Trinnovo Group by cross selling.
  • Become visible on Linkedin by posting relevant market information and job adverts.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Meeting with candidates and clients.
  • Consistently hit the monthly target set
  • Think outside the box and be creative!
