Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR
Employment Type: Full-Time, Monday through Friday where you can choose your schedule of 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Compensation: $20-$21 per hour
Duration: Contract to hire
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour

Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is currently seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistants to join our client's team in Beaverton, OR. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking for an opportunity to learn new skills and grow your career. Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with Procurement, Accounting and Sales teams to provide internal customer support
- Provide to start to end support for clients, including running credit checkings, scheduling shipments, invoicing etc
- Assisting with leases and vendor support
- Data entry, filing and updating internal systems
- Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 6 months or more of experience in an office, administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excel will be used quite a bit in this role - must be comfortable in Excel or willing to learn.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High School degree or equivalent required.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
