Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our well-known Non-Profit client's team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is based onsite in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate have at least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally supporting C-Suite Executives and/or Senior Leaders. This is a fast-paced environment where strong organization skills are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Maintain office supplies inventory, order supplies as needed, and ensure the office is well-organized.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for executives and team members.
- Communication: Handle incoming emails and other correspondence. Draft, proofread, and edit documents and reports.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update company databases, filing systems, and records.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support Tasks: Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including preparing presentations and reports.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of relevant administrative work experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting Senior Leadership and/or Executives is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks to meet goals and deadlines.
- Consistent and reliable attendance.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as with a team on projects, tasks, and priorities.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
