Administrative Assistants in the Portland Metro Area
LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking skilled Administrative Assistants in the Portland Metro Area for potential upcoming contract roles! We would love to connect with candidates currently on the job market.
Main Duties/Responsibilities may include:
- Manage phone calls and prioritize incoming emails
- Coordinate schedules and organize meetings
- Prepare and process time and expense reports
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics
- Create and maintain documents for client presentations and proposals
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot issues with internal and external stakeholders
Skills/Experience:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive self-starter with a team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
- Experience with CRM or other administrative software is a plus!
Pay Rate: $20 - $27/hour, depending on opportunity and experience.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
Employment Type: Contract, Contract to Hire, and Direct Hire opportunities may be available.
