We’re looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant with a great attitude to work with one of our partners.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Attend all Zoom meetings, take notes, and send all supporting documents
  • Provide administrative support and general clerical duties
  • Manage Calendly, calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Organize and prioritize all emails
  • Respond to texts, emails and direct messages
  • Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage social media
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Client gifting
  • All basic errands
  • Research
  • Travel planning and booking
Qualifications:
  • Experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in G-suite
  • Proficiency in Windows and IOS
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • This is not a remote position
