  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online.

  • Ability to speak clearly and effectively

  • Comfortable making calls and handling phone communications throughout the day

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project tasks, deadlines, and KPI reporting

  • Conduct audits of various departmental reports

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials

  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams

  • Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, and general accounting

  • Maintain and organize the office and warehouse

  • Handle incoming mail and urgent notices

  • Support inspection processes and resource management

  • Perform general administrative duties: scheduling, correspondence, and compliance

  • Manage filing systems and document control
