Responsibilities:
Manage project tasks, deadlines, and KPI reporting
Conduct audits of various departmental reports
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials
Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams
Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, and general accounting
Maintain and organize the office and warehouse
Handle incoming mail and urgent notices
Support inspection processes and resource management
Perform general administrative duties: scheduling, correspondence, and compliance
Manage filing systems and document control
