This role is a non-exempt, office position responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting vendors/visitors, administrative assistance to managerial staff (practice leadership team), provider onboarding, supply ordering for Admin office, and performing a variety of clerical functions.
This is an on-site position, no remote work.

Requirements
Education: Associates Degree OR any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Experience: Minimum one year of administrative assistance work. Experience in a health care organization a plus.
Technical Skills: Time management, planning, problem solving
Personal Qualities: Possesses confidence and skills to deal directly with patients, vendors and members of the practice at all levels. Organized, efficient and responsive to meeting deadlines. Energetic, respects confidentiality, proactive and able to work independently.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization; able to effectively resolve conflict situations, able to work collaboratively with physicians, PLT, managers and staff.

Many administrative duties including, but not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls at corporate office. Greet and assist all visitors and vendors. Maintain daily sign in log sheet.
- Retrieve and post mail daily. Sort and organize courier materials for weekly pickup. Distribute mail/packages/items to appropriate staff.
- Supports Practice Leadership Team as needed by performing administrative duties as requested. This includes but is not limited to: type and route confidential correspondence, drafts, reports, memos, scanning documents, editing company forms, and color copy print requests.
- Maintains updated Practice Directory & Admin extension list
- Manage the meeting calendar for conference rooms. Assist with room setups for varying needs.
- Compile meeting/event materials when requested for all departments practice-wide.
- First point of contact for maintenance needs/requests at corporate office location. Communicate building announcements to corporate office personnel.
- Order corporate office supplies. Maintain supply closet and kitchen, keep visual inventory of stocked items and restock as needed.
- Manage copier supplies for the on-site copiers, and schedule maintenance repairs as needed.
- Direct contact for catering/meeting needs for all locations and/or management team.
- Help facilitate event committee and plan for upcoming events (ex: Employee Appreciation Day, Holiday Party, etc.)
