Job Title: Senior Administrative Assistant Job Description We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to executive-level management, as well as HR, accounting, and marketing departments. This role involves a variety of responsibilities that include calendar management, procurement of office supplies, mail operations, database management, insurance certificate tracking, corporate event coordination, office equipment maintenance, travel booking, and expense reporting. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Irvine, California. Work Environment 100% onsite - 8-5 or 9-6 but must stick with schedule.
