We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey. We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as an Operations Data Analyst working onsite in our Logan, Utah office. The Operations Data Analyst controls the inflow, organization and optimization of various data sources while ensuring data integrity to provide reporting and direction to the overall business. They will lead various data driven projects to add value to the company then present those outcomes and KPIs to the C Suite/Executive Level Team. In addition to developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality, they will also analyze the processes integral to data gathering and make any suggestions for improvement. Must have real world experience and above average expertise with Tableau, Excel, SQL and Python. Must also have the ability to manage multiple data related projects at once and possess the ability to drive each to completion with limited supervision while also leading a team of analysts. ROLE COMMITMENTS Develop structured quality performance reporting and analytics into a Top Issues Dashboard Refine and maintain data sources for business critical KPIs (i.e. POI, CoPQ, NPIs, etc.) Document all queries/processes and contribute where necessary to move data/queries ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Validate, maintain and automate all go forward dashboards, reports, and KPIs Create and maintain real time interactive supplier quality KPI reporting using Tableau Develop and automate scripts for pipelining data from various sources (email, google sheets, salesforce, other APIs) to Snowflake server using Python. Offer guidance and recommendations of KPI selections and assist in teaching other Data analysts tableau for other areas of the company Oversee and participate in the migration of quality data to a single location (Snowflake Database) Oversee current QA app database maintenance and distribution of app updates while assisting in the development new app to replace existing Lead ad hoc data related projects, develop KPIs and present data to the C Suite/ELT Lead project of implementing a new, more robust and inclusive, component scanning system. Maintain barcode scan database, APIs and scanning systems. Develop insights from data, assist organization in understanding information presented, identify trends, develop predictive models Be forward thinking in how to develop data sources in a way that keeps up with the latest statistical trends and industry standards Develop advanced sql queries using snowflake Move data (including web scraping and apis) and run analysis using python Develop slides for presenting data in high level meetings Build python scripts using machine learning to classify raw text into categories Education and Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field Minimum of one year of related work experience Strong experience with Python, Excel, SQL, and Tableau Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
