Product Owner/ Data Business Analyst

Product Vision and Strategy:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for healthcare data products, aligning with organizational goals and industry trends.
  • Very good communication and written skills
  • Ability to visually represent the content.
Backlog Management:
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback, business value, and strategic objectives. Ensure it is well-defined and organized for the development team.
Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including data governance teams and business professionals, to gather and define business requirements. Translate these needs into actionable product specifications and user stories.
Market Research:
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape related to healthcare data analytics and exchange.
Data Integration and Quality Improvement:
  • Analyze data sources to identify opportunities that would enhance data engineering development and enhance value creation.
Collaboration with Technical Teams:
  • Work closely with data engineers, data analysts, and data scientists to ensure successful product delivery, facilitating communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation and Process Development:
  • Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, data dictionaries, and user manuals. Develop user stories and process flows to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Data Governance and Security:
  • Assist in designing and implementing data governance and security protocols to protect sensitive information. Support the development of data cataloging and metadata management processes to enhance data discoverability and usability.
Performance Metrics:
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of a product.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
  • Conduct data analysis, profiling and visualization to present findings and insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
  • Participate in UAT and provide feedback to ensure the marketplace meets user needs.
