About Arixa Capital Arixa is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Company’s growth and development as one of the leading non-bank real estate lenders in the Western U.S. Arixa is truly differentiated in our market. About the Role Arixa’s Business Analyst will play a critical role in the company’s operations department, assisting with technology implementation and processes in its primary database. This position requires a strong background in business technology and working with development teams, specifically within Salesforce environments. Salary Range $70,000-80,000 Responsibilities Work on technological implementations in Salesforce Create and run ad hoc reporting from Salesforce Lay out new fields and processes for Salesforce and work with the development team to test functionality Write procedures for maintaining data integrity in our various systems Create process documents outlining data procedures and new updates in Salesforce Assist with data cleanup projects Analyze existing processes for inefficiencies and redundancies, and propose improvements Train team members on Salesforce procedures Troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues and work with the development team to resolve errors Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and operations, with a proven track record of working with large datasets and performing complex analyses. Real Estate industry experience required. This is a Hybrid position with in-office 3 days a week. Relocation is not provided.
