We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Inventory Analyst in Wayne, New Jersey, United States. As an Inventory Analyst, you will be working in a fast-paced environment where your primary role will be to manage inventory data, conduct audits, and utilize various software tools to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
• Utilize Epic Software and other ERP Solutions to manage inventory data.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
• Leverage IBM AS/400 and Interface Engine for efficient data management.
• Maintain a strong understanding of 'About Time' software to manage inventory processes.
• Apply effective communication skills to liaise with different teams and departments.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills in resolving inquiries and providing support.
• Participate in collection processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Consistently update and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement inventory management best practices.
• Monitor inventory accounts and execute appropriate actions based on account status.• Proficiency in Epic Software for managing the inventory levels and tracking the inventory movements
• Sound knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to optimize inventory control procedures
• Expertise in ERP Solutions for streamlining and improving inventory management
• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 to manage and analyze inventory database
• Proficiency in using Interface Engine for data exchange between different inventory systems
• Ability to use About Time software for effective time and resource management
• Experience in Auditing to ensure accurate inventory records
• Knowledge of Collection Processes to manage inventory recovery procedures
• Excellent Communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments
