Jana Chapman with Robert Half FInance & Accounting is seeking a financial analyst with a deep understanding of healthcare revenue and medical billing cycle. This would be the ideal financial analyst position for candidates who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves to learn new skills and ask questions. What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyzing financial statements and revenues to provide insight into company performance.
• Utilizing SQL for managing and manipulating large data sets.
• Implementing advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, lookups, and logical statements to analyze large data sets.
• Working with fee schedules (CMS, RVUs) in a healthcare setting.
• Understanding and applying Medicare billing processes.
• Assisting with budget processes and profit and loss (P& L) analysis.
• Keeping up-to-date with Power Pivot or Power BI to enhance data analysis capabilities.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of Analysis experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of CMS Fee Schedules and Medicare Billing
• Expertise in applying data mining techniques for extracting useful business insights from large datasets
• Strong SQL skills for managing and manipulating financial datasets.
• Ability to understand and analyze P& L statements to guide business decisions.
• Experience in analyzing revenues to identify trends and make financial forecasts and recommendations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Continuous learning mindset with a desire for growth

This is a hybrid position requiring employees to be located in the Portland/Vancouver area.
