Financial Analyst

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional ready to take on a pivotal role? We are seeking a Financial Analyst to establish and lead the Financial Planning & Analysis function for a rapidly growing organization in the agriculture equipment rental industry. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will drive financial insights and strategies that support continued expansion and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual forecasting process and manage monthly variance updates, collaborating with executives and department leaders.
• Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and scenarios to support strategic decisions.
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, and highlight risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess company performance and competitiveness.
• Provide financial guidance to departments such as sales, procurement, and operations.
• Design and implement dashboards to improve financial reporting and insights.
• Handle ad hoc financial analysis and modeling to support the CFO and leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Proven ability to create and manipulate financial models with precision.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach to building relationships with business partners across departments.

Pay: $80k-$110k
