We are seeking a HRIS Analyst for ADP Workforce Now who plays a crucial role in managing the HR technology infrastructure, optimizing HR processes, and leveraging data to support strategic HR decisions. An eye and desire for continuous improvement



Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate people and processes to ensure that continuous improvement projects are delivered on time and with the desired results
  • System Management and Optimization: Ensures that the ADP Workforce Now system meets the organization's HR and payroll needs. This includes configuring the system to suit specific requirements, performing regular system updates, and troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • HR dashboards, Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilizes the HRIS to analyze workforce data and generate reports and dashboards that support decision-making.
  • This could involve creating custom reports to track metrics like employee turnover, recruitment efficacy, or payroll expenses
  • Integration and Automation: Works on integrating ADP Workforce Now with other systems used by the organization, such as time tracking software or performance management systems, to streamline HR processes. This role also involves automating HR tasks to improve efficiency
  • User Training and Support: Provides training and support to system users, ensuring they can effectively use ADP Workforce Now. This includes creating user manuals, hosting training sessions, and offering support for any user queries or difficulties
  • Project Management: Leads or contributes to HRIS-related projects, such as system upgrades, new module implementations, or process re-engineering efforts to improve HR operations
  • Vendor Liaison: Acts as a liaison between the organization and ADP, communicating any system needs, negotiating services as necessary, and staying updated on new features or offerings
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborates with HR leaders to align the HRIS strategy with overall HR and organizational goals, ensuring the system supports current and future needs
  • Compliance and Security: Ensures that data handling within ADP Workforce Now complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy laws. They also manage user permissions and system security to protect sensitive information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with ADP WFN required
  • Power BI experience required
  • CSOD experience highly preferred
  • Exceptional project and process management skills with a demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic business environment
  • Supported and participated in projects in manpower planning, competency modelling, performance management,Proven ability to build valued relationships with business leaders and line managers
  • Strong results-orientation with a 'can-do' and team player attitude
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent report writing skills and high attention to detail
  • Passion to create a positive learning culture, to coach and develop team members
  • Good communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English. Multilingual preferred but not required.
  • Highest level of integrity with a proven ability to gain trust from all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated a high level of confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity within a complex, dynamic, and rapidly changing business environment

  • Success in creating & driving effective and positive employee and labor relations for large corporation
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
