We are seeking a Customer Service Representative will have a passion for delivering outstanding service, strong communication skills, and a keen attention to detail. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing customer order book, on time deliveries, and expediting hot orders
  • Liaise between customers and vendors for open PO’s
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Provide technical assistance and product information to customers as needed
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to better serve customers
  • Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous 2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the aerospace industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of aerospace components and terminology is a plus
