Job Description:  Financial Analyst

Leisure Investment Properties Group, a national boutique commercial real estate investment sales firm, is seeking a dependable individual who is pursuing a career in real estate financial analysis and valuation. The Financial Analyst will provide financial and analytical support services, including financial underwriting, market research, analyzing comparable properties, preparing strategic analysis/valuations and creating institutional quality offering memorandums for new listings. Professionalism and attention to detail are a must. This is a full-time position working in office directly under the #1 Leisure Investment Sales team in the nation. This is not a remote position.

This role provides an opportunity for growth as our team continues to increase sales and add specialization of new leisure product types. Duties will include:

  • Gather and research leisure investment sales
  • Prepare marketing and promotional materials
  • Prepare marketing proposals and meeting presentation materials
  • Analyze financial statements and operating statistics
  • Build pro forma projections based on unique business plans and strategies
  • Administrative assistance
  • Database management

 

Skill requirements:

  • Financial analysis and underwriting
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Highly motivated and self-disciplined
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)

 

Preference to candidates with:

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
  • Experience performing commercial real estate investment analysis, cash flow projections, and valuations
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Proactive, professional, resourceful, creative, dependable, and trainable
  • High level of integrity and interpersonal skills

 

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $60,000 Base Salary + Up to $20,000 in Bonus

Physical Setting: Office (Lutz, FL 33558)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (In Office)

Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

o    Analytical Skills: 1 Year (Required)

o    Microsoft Excel: 1 Year (Required)

o    Microsoft PowerPoint: 1 Year (Required)

o    Underwriting for Commercial Real Estate: 1 Year (Preferred)
