Lantern Government Solutions is seeking Phlebotomists (multiple positions) near Boston in Bedford, MA

Lantern Government Solutions is seeking skilled Phlebotomists to join our team in providing high-quality healthcare services to our nation's Veterans.

• Obtain blood samples by venipuncture and capillary puncture from patients of various ages and health conditions
• Properly identify patients and ensure accurate labeling of all specimens
• Accurately enter patient information and test orders into the laboratory information system
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and analysis
• Assist with specimen processing and handling as needed
• Maintain inventory of phlebotomy supplies
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control procedures
• Delivers excellent customer service

Work Schedule:

You will be scheduled for 40 hours / week with 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of recent Phlebotomy experience
• Current certification as a Phlebotomy Technician
• American Health Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Must be eligible to obtain a Public Trust government security clearance, US citizenship required

• Hourly Pay: $25.37 per hour
