Job Title: Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative - 1st Shift
Location: Sicklerville, NJ
Duration: 3-month Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Pay Range: $18 - $21/Hr
Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Every 3rd Saturday)

About the Role:

As a Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our company, interacting with patients and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Phlebotomy: Accurately and efficiently drawing blood samples from patients of all ages.
• Patient Interaction: Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Specimen Processing: Preparing blood samples for laboratory analysis.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records and documentation.

What We're Looking For:

• Phlebotomy Skills: Proven experience in phlebotomy, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
• Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in specific states).

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant or paramedic training
• Minimum of 6 months of phlebotomy experience
• Experience in a retail or service environment
• Strong computer skills
