- Troubleshooting technology for merchants, ensuring a seamless experience with our services.
- Attending to merchant inquiries regarding our services, offering detailed explanations when needed.
- Building and maintaining lasting relationships with merchants through exceptional service.
- Conducting follow-up surveys to assess merchant satisfaction, proactively addressing any concerns.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service skills with a knack for going the extra mile.
- Prior experience making outbound calls is a considerable plus.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
- Ability to work with diverse group of merchants.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Duration: Contract role, candidates should be committed to this project for up to 6 months
