Customer Service Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in Melville, NY . This is an excellent Contract to Hire opportunity, for someone with previous call center experience.

Salary: $22-24hr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with 2 or more years of experience for a full-time job, located in Melville, NY . This is an excellent Contract to Hire opportunity, for someone with previous call center experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily operations of the Customer Care Department, which includes processing orders and returns received via phone, fax, and email.
- Provide support to Sales Representatives in handling account orders, monthly sample requests, demo orders, and various special requests and inquiries.
- Respond to customer and account inquiries through incoming calls and emails.
- Collaborate with other departments to obtain information related to account and consumer product inquiries.
- Follow up with customers regarding pricing, order discrepancies, manufacturing delays, and product complaints.
- Resolve shipping issues by troubleshooting with carriers as needed.
- Manage the coordination of New Account Applications, including applicant vetting and the processing of opening orders for new accounts.
- Achieve and maintain call center performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel
- Experience working in an ERP system is required
- Minimum 2-5 years working with order entry or call center role
