Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with 3 years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Contract position for someone with previous experience working on a team, this position is located in East Syracuse, NY.

Salary: $25-29/hr
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing information about the company’s products and services, discussing customer accounts, and resolving issues or complaints.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the organization’s offerings to handle more complex questions and provide timely follow-up.
- Create and maintain documentation that addresses common or complex customer issues, requests, or complaints.
- Redirect customer queries to the appropriate department or team member when necessary.
- Research available resources, including published materials and secondary data, to identify additional solutions or information that can assist customers in resolving their concerns.
- Gather and analyze data related to customer interactions and service trends to identify areas for improvement and inform future training needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as production, sales, shipping, and warehouse to expedite orders or resolve shipment issues.
- Promote relevant products and services as needed to help achieve business goals and targets.
- Provide post-sales support for customer contracts, ensuring continued satisfaction and addressing any ongoing needs
- Must be proficient with Excel
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role
