We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sunrise, Florida. As a Customer Service Representative, you will primarily handle inbound calls while also providing administrative support when needed. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the call center industry.

Responsibilities:
• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, providing prompt and efficient service
• Collaborate with a team to manage and distribute incoming calls effectively
• Perform administrative tasks during downtime, including paperwork and outbound calls
• Schedule appointments for fingerprinting when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries as needed
• Ensure customer credit applications are processed accurately and efficiently
• Update and manage customer records, ensuring accuracy at all times
• Utilize multiple screens for effective task navigation
• Work within business casual dress code guidelines, with jeans acceptable.

• Bilingual Spanish Required

• Medical/healthcare industry preferred

• Proven experience in answering inbound calls, efficiently handling customer queries and complaints.

• Demonstrated skills in providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Previous work experience in a call center customer service role is highly desirable.

• Strong administrative assistance background, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer service needs.

• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and related tools.

• A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills to handle customer issues effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution will be a plus.

• Bilingual or multilingual skills would be a strong advantage.

• Willingness to work in shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, if required.
