The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering high-quality support to customers, resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Use active listening skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Desired Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • 1+ years of customer service or call center experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
