We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in New York, NY. As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide product information, process orders, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism, finding solutions to their concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and refunds when necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Continuously strive to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
