Let's talk! LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an impressive healthcare solutions company in search for multiple contract Call Center Representatives for an exciting opportunity based in Louisville, KY!

What You'll Be Doing

  • Work within the Tier I Customer Support Group to help patients re-enroll in the pharmacy sponsorship program.
  • Collaborate with patients and healthcare providers via high-volume inbound and outbound calls, averaging 80 calls per day.
  • Assist patients with general questions and requests.
  • Document call details and update internal systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce and related systems to manage patient information.


What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 6 months of recent, high-volume call center experience required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required.
  • Must complete and pass a background check, drug screen, and education verification.


Work Hours (Multiple Options Available):
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F
  • 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-F
  • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM M-F
  • 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM M-F


Job Type: Contract with potential to extend/convert

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
