LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring: Customer Service Representative in Northval

Position Details:

• Location: Northvale

• Pay: $22.00 per hour

• Benefits: Excellent

• Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Responsibilities:

• Answer approximately 50-70 inbound calls daily

• Process orders

• Research lost packages

• Process and assist with returns

• Handle email and chat communications

Training:

• Product knowledge is important as customers are looking for solutions

• Training will be provided on products

Customer-service oriented, requiring good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The emphasis on product knowledge suggests that the company values providing accurate and helpful information to their customers.
