We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience at every interaction. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.

• Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and in-person
• Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and requests with a positive attitude
• Assist clients with product information, orders, and follow-up communications
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage customer accounts and accurately document all interactions
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate team members as needed

• Experience: 1+ year in a customer service role preferred
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM software
