Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Manage the accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for effective financial management
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to financial regulations and principles
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as required
• Handle billing functions, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collection
• Implement and maintain the BlackLine and Concur systems
• Oversee the use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems for efficient business operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Demonstrated ability to manage all Accounting Functions
• Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in Auditing procedures and practices
• Experience in managing Billing Functions
• Solid understanding of Accounting Principles
