Robert Half has partnered with a service based organization in Fort Collins in search of an Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position is paying $70,000-$80,000!


The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Oversee AR, AP, and Collections functions within the organization
  • Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring transactions, invoices, or payments are recorded accurately and promptly
  • Perform periodic accounting close processes
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements and related financial reports
  • Analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, code expenses, verify and pay invoices, receive and post receipts
  • Regularly reconcile bank, credit card, and liability accounts while monitoring cash flow
  • Support the Director of Finance with general HR functions as needed and assigned.

Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience

Preferred qualifications for the Accounting Manager include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Inventory experience
  • QuickBooks experience
  • ADP experience
