Robert Half has partnered with a service based organization in Fort Collins in search of an Accounting Manager! The Accounting Manager position is paying $70,000-$80,000!
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee AR, AP, and Collections functions within the organization
- Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring transactions, invoices, or payments are recorded accurately and promptly
- Perform periodic accounting close processes
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and related financial reports
- Analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, code expenses, verify and pay invoices, receive and post receipts
- Regularly reconcile bank, credit card, and liability accounts while monitoring cash flow
- Support the Director of Finance with general HR functions as needed and assigned.
Requirements for the Accounting Manager include:
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
Preferred qualifications for the Accounting Manager include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Inventory experience
- QuickBooks experience
- ADP experience
