Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in daily cash reports from different systems

• Conduct thorough research to identify the origins of over/short items

• Correct identified discrepancies or seek approval for necessary adjustments

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for v-lookups, pivot tables, if/then statements, and general formulas

• Analyze trends and look for exceptions using strong analytical skills

• Keep track of all investigated items to ensure no repetition of tasks

• Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and superiors

• Use knowledge of debit/credit operations to facilitate investigations, previous accounting experience is beneficial but not necessary

• Operate various accounting software systems and ERP solutions effectively

• Manage accounting functions and engage in auditing and budget processes when required.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Proficient in ERP Solutions
• Ability to use About Time software
• Understanding of Accounting Functions
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in Auditing
• Familiarity with Budget Processes
