What Youll Do:

• Assist in managing fixed asset accounting and ensure compliance from a financial statement perspective in the rental industry.
• Support general ledger activities and assist with audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational and financial goals.
• Provide support to the Controller and assist in leading departmental initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

• Education & Experience: Bachelors degree required; CPA preferred. Experience with fixed assets and financial statements in a rental-focused business is highly valued.
• Software Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems
• Personality Fit: A collaborative, approachable professional with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a team environment.
• Work Environment: This is a full-time, on-site role with occasional local travel for inventory audits.
