Accounting Specialist Job at Pathways to Community in Saint Paul

Pathways to Community is looking for that special someone to join the finance team in the role of Accounting Specialist. The primary role in this position is to provide professional level support to the Finance and Human Resources teams and our employees.

In this role, you will be performing the following job duties:
* Accounts Payable
* Accounts Receivable
* Expense Reporting
* Manage vendor portals
* Maintain QuickBooks
* Bank deposits and account reconciliation
* General ledger entries

Our preferred qualifications include:
* Associate's degree in accounting
* Two or more years of General Ledger and QuickBooks experience
* Detailed knowledge of Excel
*Ability to pass a background study
