KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage Equity Partner payment process
- Maintenance of Paid in Capital
- Manage Retired Partner Benefits process
- Lead Partner mobility reporting, including headcount reporting
- Assist with Partner expatriate payments
- Maintenance of Partner Receivables
- Collaborate with Global Controller on treasury activities
- Review monthly journal entries and account analysis of critical balance sheet accounts
- Coordinate and maintain Partner banking information
- Assist with annual budget process
- Prepare and review audit schedules
- Ensure partner profiles are accurately maintained in Workday
- Mentor and develop the partnership accounting and tax team
- Manage operational activities with a focus on efficiency client service
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- CPA required
- 5+ years of related accounting experience required; Big Four accounting firm preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Word and Excel
- Familiarity with partnership model including knowledge of cash-basis accounting and audit issues
- Broad financial experience and technical skills
- Perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior service to clients and attorneys while producing a high quality work product
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment, as well as independently
