Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a Corporate Office in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, onsite position. Minimum 8 years recent experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a c-suite level executive. $70,000-$90,000 depending on years of progressive experience.
Role Purpose: The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operation and coordination of the CEO's office. This role involves managing the CEO's schedule, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. The Executive Assistant will also support various strategic initiatives sponsored by the CEO.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Extensive and complex diary management, requiring high-level interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordination of domestic and international travel arrangements, including itinerary preparation and expense reporting.
- Managing internal and external events including catering, vendor management, budget management, event space, etc.
- Managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, and external partners.
- Organizing and preparing materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Conducting research and preparing reports and briefing documents for the CEO.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Assisting with the organization and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
- Managing communication on behalf of the CEO, including drafting emails and correspondence.
- Supporting the CEO with corresponding to emails, events, reports, memos, and other itinerary.
- Supporting other executive staff members.
Qualifications:
- Proven 8 years experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-level executives.
- Bachelors Degree is preferred. High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
