Title - Executive assistant 
Client  -  Finance/ Banking 
Duration - 3 years of contract position
Location - New York, NY

Work Schedule: Hybrid – 6 days a month
Job Description:
Acting as a primary point of contact for the executive, communicating (ie. answering / screening call) on behalf of the Head of the FID
Managing an executive calendar including appointments, meetings and events and ensure there are no conflicts, for Head of FID
Managing travel logistics, including accommodation, transportation and some meals for the Head of FID
Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials for the Head of FID
Multitask in a high pace environment in support of the Head of FID and his 8 direct reports

Skills:
5 to 7 years’ of administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably on a trading floor
HS diploma, some college preferred
Experience in performing multiple tasks and working with varying team members
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and telephone etiquette
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of people
High attention to detail and accuracy
Necessary software skills – Microsoft Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
