Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Saugatuck, MI

Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 + Bonus Based on Performance

As the strategic partner to our lead executive, you'll ensure seamless day-to-day operations, handle essential support tasks, and act as the key point of contact for both internal and external communications. This role combines high-level support with hands-on responsibilities, covering everything from optimizing daily schedules to managing projects and client interactions. With your keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's success and supporting key business goals.

Responsibilities

Support comprehensive marketing initiatives across digital platforms, assist with content creation, and coordinate promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract top talent.
Assist in the development of systems to streamline prospecting, manage client relationships, oversee essential financial tasks, support supplier interactions, and enhance administrative productivity.
Coordinate the candidate transaction process, working closely with the Transaction Coordinator to ensure accurate documentation and timely progression of milestones.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing attentive service, managing expectations, and delivering an exceptional experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
Maintain organizational excellence by keeping detailed records, streamlining data processes, and supporting the creation of a comprehensive operations guide to ensure sustained efficiency.

Qualifications

•Minimum 1-2 years of proven administrative experience in a professional office environment.
•Exceptional multitasking capabilities with a demonstrated track record of managing concurrent deadlines and deliverables.
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
•Proven ability to maintain peak performance and decision-making capabilities in dynamic, deadline-driven settings.
•A strong track record of delivering superior executive support through both self-directed and team-based initiatives.
