LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a local services consulting firm on the north side of Indianapolis, Indiana seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. This is a part time opportunity reporting directly to the Vice President. C level experience reporting to executives strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Scheduling meetings and booking travel
· Submitting expense reports
· Editing reports and presentations
· Managing the vice president's calendar
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of prior EA experience, C level reporting preferred
· Associates or Bachelor's degree - OR - relevant professional experience
· Ability to dive in to daily duties and flexible with required work hours
· Technical expertise and strong attention to detail
