Position Overview
As an Executive Admin Assistant at Dark Horse Comics, you'll play a vital role in supporting executive functions and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic environment and is motivated to support company goals through organized and efficient assistance. You'll manage schedules, assist with communications, and support company activities with professionalism and ease.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: Previous experience supporting executives, ideally in creative or fast-paced industries.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
Organizational Abilities: Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proactivity: Able to anticipate needs and provide solutions in advance.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Adobe Acrobat, and Mac OS.
Discretion: Maintains confidentiality and exercises good judgment in handling sensitive information.
Passion for the Industry: An interest in the entertainment or comics industry is a plus.

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of an executive's office, managing schedules, emails, and other communications.
- Act as a contact point for internal and external communications, managing relationships with professionalism and tact.
- Coordinate schedules, including meetings and occasional travel arrangements. Ensure all logistics are handled smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Maintain organized document and email systems and complete various administrative tasks.
- Provide personal support, including coordinating amenities or travel arrangements, to help maintain smooth operations.
- Work closely with different departments to assist with company-wide projects.
