• Build and maintain systems for transaction coordination, marketing, and database management.
• Manage client interactions, focusing on referrals and reviews.
• Oversee team KPIs, including production goals and accountability metrics.
• Coordinate between virtual assistants and other team members.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for new hires (buyer agents, showing assistants).
• Plan and execute client events, from logistics to vendor management.

• Experience: 2+ years in an operations or executive assistant role; real estate experience preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
