About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its hospice program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of hospice operations, including business and clinical operations, business development, financial control, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires a leader with a strong background in hospice program leadership, a minimum of 2-3 years experience in hospice operations management, and a Registered Nurse (RN) license. The Executive Director will be tasked with overseeing the growth and development of the program, maintaining financial stability, and upholding the highest standards of care and compliance. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a background as an Executive Director, Administrator, or Director of Clinical Operations, with a proven track record in operations, growth strategy, and clinical operations. The role demands a candidate with a broad knowledge of federal and state regulations, outstanding leadership and managerial skills, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. The Executive Director will be the key figure in driving the success of the hospice program, and as such, must be adept at budget development and monitoring, and possess the ability to lead a team in a dynamic and challenging environment.
