About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its hospice program. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of hospice operations, including business and clinical operations, business development, financial control, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards. This role requires a leader with a strong background in hospice program management, particularly in the areas of operations, growth strategy, and clinical operations. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing budgetary responsibilities, so experience in budget development, monitoring, and financial management is essential. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a minimum of 2-3 years' recent experience in hospice operations management and hold a Registered Nurse license or have the ability to obtain one. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Executive Director, Administrator, or Director of Clinical Operations, with a proven track record of outstanding leadership, managerial, and communication skills. A broad knowledge of federal and state regulations and a strong ability in problem-solving, decision-making, and assertiveness are also required. The role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of the hospice program, and the Executive Director will play a key part in ensuring the highest standards of care and service are maintained.
