About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Revenue Cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial oversight of multiple departmental units within the revenue cycle. This role requires a leader who can ensure that all operational revenue functions are aligned to meet customer requirements, maximize cash collections, and minimize costs. The Executive Director will also be tasked with integrating and facilitating best practices, achieving efficiencies, and maintaining quality, compliance, and service delivery standards. A key aspect of the position is to lead denial management initiatives and collaborate with various teams to improve process workflows and optimize revenue collections. Applicants for the Executive Director, Revenue Cycle position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or MHA preferred, and a minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience. Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in building and leading teams, as well as the ability to design and implement process and technology improvements. Experience in rehabilitation service delivery in an academic hospital setting is a plus. The Executive Director will be expected to work primarily on-site and must be adept at maintaining a working knowledge of applicable billing and collections regulations.
