About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Alliances with a strong background in healthcare administrative and program management. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and direction of all staff within the partnership, in collaboration with the Medical Director, and will play a key role in the integration of science and clinical care to advance human ability. This includes leadership in program development, budgeting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and the development and management of marketing plans. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the selection and management of key staff, as well as staff education, development, and performance evaluation. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a related advanced degree, and at least 5-7 years' experience in healthcare administrative or program management. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. Experience in rehabilitation service delivery, particularly in an academic hospital setting, is preferred.
