About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead and direct the organization's chapter, with a strong focus on fundraising, staff and volunteer management, and community engagement. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of related nonprofit experience, including at least five years of staff management or leadership experience, and a proven track record in special event fundraising and individual giving. The Executive Director will also be accountable for the overall profitability and productivity of the chapter, networking with the community, and fostering a culture of advocacy. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. The ideal candidate for the Executive Director position at the company will have a four-year college degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They must be adept at preparing budgets, projections, and reports, and be proficient in tools such as ClearView, BI Reporting, Zoom, and Workday. The role demands a leader who is deeply committed to the organization's mission, embraces diversity, and can effectively manage a team to achieve strategic and financial goals. The Executive Director will also be expected to engage with major donors, corporate sponsors, and the local community, and to ensure that the chapter operates in compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
